Niki Fox, PE, LEED AP
Principal
Niki is a Principal with over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project delivery. His work spans new construction and complex renovations of corporate interiors, entertainment and broadcast, financial institutions, and critical facilities. He is known for his thoughtful, client-focused approach, ensuring systems are well coordinated, energy efficient, and aligned with operational needs.
Niki joined Syska in 2001 and has grown into a leadership role through years of delivering technically complex projects and strengthening the firm’s mechanical design practice. He also now co-manages the New York office and is responsible for overseeing the office with a focus on the Critical Facilities practice. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in CA, CT, DE, MA, MI, NY, OR, OH, and NJ, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
He is committed to continuous learning, sustainable design, and mentoring team members, and is valued for his steady leadership style. Outside of work, Niki enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys along with golfing and mountain driving adventures.
