Wilmington Health, a physician-owned primary care and multi-specialty medical practice has been committed to the community of Wilmington and Southeastern North Carolina since 1971. They are committed to delivering a comprehensive and collaborative approach to healthcare, utilizing evidence-based medicine to ensure the highest quality of care.
In their ongoing efforts to expand and enhance healthcare services, Wilmington Health initiated the construction of a new Outpatient Surgical Center. This development involved a single-story, 17,000 sf facility, with the potential for a future 6,000 sf expansion.
Partnering with Little Diversified Architectural Consultants, Syska delivered MEP Design services for the new facility that encompasses a variety of critical healthcare and administrative spaces.
