Supernal, a leader in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft development, engaged our firm to provide comprehensive engineering services for its new four-story, 105,000-square-foot Class A office building in Irvine, California. Our scope included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, audiovisual, telecommunication, security, commissioning, and lighting design, ensuring a high-performance, sustainable, and technology-driven workspace.
Designed for efficiency and occupant comfort, the building features advanced HVAC systems, energy-efficient lighting, and integrated security and telecommunication infrastructure. A focus on sustainability is reflected in water-saving plumbing solutions and intelligent lighting controls. The engineering approach supports seamless collaboration, enhances building functionality, and aligns with Supernal’s vision for innovation.
