George Hachem, PE, LEED AP
George Hachem is a life science specialist and site leader for Syska Hennessy Group’s Raleigh office. In addition to overseeing Syska Raleigh, he also supports our team’s business development efforts in Charlotte, Atlanta and beyond.
Anchored by leading life science companies, technology firms, medical centers, government and world-class universities, the Research Triangle continues to grow rapidly and George will work to expand our capabilities throughout this vibrant region.
George began his career as a software engineer 30 years ago, and has transformed into an innovative project director specializing in life science, mission critical and medical device capital projects. He is a proven leader at delivering complex capital projects for a variety of clients including Baxter, Bayer, Biogen, GSK, Patheon, Paradigm Genetics, GE Healthcare, North Carolina State University, University of North Carolina, Time Warner Cable, NetApp and Exodus Communications.
He is an active member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), 7x24Exchange and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In addition, George has spoken as a panelist for the IMN Conference on data center design, implementation and construction.
