Alex Myers

Alex Myers started with Syska Hennessy Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office in 2004, where he has enjoyed playing a critical role in the tremendous growth of the office. A majority of Alex’s career with Syska has been spent focusing on the engineering of high-performing HVAC systems for various facilities. In addition, Alex has spent time leading engineering teams as the project manager for various projects.

In 2014, Alex became the site leader of the Charlotte office. He oversees a team of nearly 30 professionals. Under his supervision, the office has diversified its engineering market share, and now provides engineering services for critical facilities, healthcare, infrastructure, aviation, higher education and commercial interiors. In addition, the Charlotte office houses professionals from all four of Syska’s national markets: critical facilities, commissioning and facility management, information and communication technology (ICT), and built environment teams.

Alex and his team put their clients first. “We want our clients to think of only one firm when they are selecting their engineering partner,” he says. “We value their trust and put their interests first. I know that our team of engineering professionals is the best in the business, and we will deliver our clients the highest quality service possible.”

Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he studied mechanical engineering. Alex is licensed in the state of North Carolina as a professional engineer, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional. When Alex isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
