Syska opened an office in Palo Alto in 2018 to address the growing demand in the area for critical facilities and technological innovation. From this site, we serve firms that are building data centers, commercial, workplace interiors or labs, along with architects and contractors who work with these firms.
Our new office, located at 3000 El Camino Real, further expands our presence in California. We now offer “on-the-ground” client support in Silicon Valley while supplementing the work of our other offices throughout the state: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, and San Diego. But we are also using the Silicon Valley office as a laboratory/testing facility for the development of creative design strategies. By working together with our a/e/c counterparts in the area, we can ensure that Silicon Valley maintains its status as the world’s foremost technology hub.
Syska’s Silicon Valley professionals offer a wide range of engineering services, including MEP, vertical transportation, building assessments and infrastructure upgrades, commissioning, information and communications technology (ICT), audiovisual, security, energy modeling, and sustainable design.
We strongly support California’s efforts to combat the effects of climate change. Accordingly, our projects throughout the state and in the Bay Area reflect the highest standards of energy efficiency and water conservation. Several of these projects have received LEED Platinum and Net Zero certifications.
Our office is conveniently situated, close to Highway 82, I-280, and Route 101, as well as public transportation (Caltrain). There are many restaurants, hotels, and shops in the vicinity. Driving time from San Francisco Airport is only 30 minutes.
