Syska opened our office in downtown San Francisco in 1997. Working in the Bay Area provides us the opportunity to preserve and contribute to the region’s iconic architecture and urban landscape, which is among the most inspiring in the nation. The Bay Area is also one of the world’s fastest growing markets, and we take great to care to meet this growth while enabling architects and owners to preserve the unique character of our great city.
We have longstanding relationships with premier architects, including HOK, RMW, MBH Architects, Corgan, and IA Interior Architects. The owners, developers, and project managers we work with are no less impressive: Bank of America, Union Bank, SFO, UC Berkeley, San Francisco Department of Public Works, Judicial Council of California, JLL, and CBRE, to name a few.
Some of our recent projects include:
The Bay Area is a center of technological innovation, and we’re glad to be a part of it. But we also appreciate the cultural environment that surrounds us and the natural beauty of the landscape. Like many area residents, we enjoy hiking, biking, and — of course — touring wineries. But we save some time for philanthropy. We participate in local initiatives like Canstruction in partnership with the San Francisco Food Bank, Making Strides Breast Cancer walk for the American Cancer Society and Leap Sandcastle Contest which benefits art education for Bay Area school students.
