Syska opened our office in downtown San Francisco in 1997. Working in the Bay Area provides us the opportunity to preserve and contribute to the region’s iconic architecture and help on the growth of most innovative companies based in SF Bay Area. As home to world’s largest technology, semiconductor, biotech, and colocation datacenter firms, we help them design their new R+D facilities, cleanrooms, datacenters, workplace, and manufacturing facilities. We take pride designing efficient and sustainable MEP, Telecommunications, and Vertical Transportation systems.
We have longstanding relationships with premier architects, including RMW, Gensler, SOM, HOK, Corgan, SmithGroup, and CRTKL. The owners, developers, and project managers we work with are no less impressive: Cisco, KLA, Vantage Datacenter, Applied Materials, Western Digital, SFO, UC Berkeley, SF DPW, SF DPH, Judicial Council of California, JLL, G+T, and CBRE, to name a few.
Some of our recent projects include:
The Bay Area is a center of technological innovation, and we’re glad to be a part of it. But we also appreciate the cultural environment that surrounds us and the natural beauty of the landscape. Like many area residents, we enjoy hiking, biking, and — of course — touring wineries. But we save some time for philanthropy. We participate in local initiatives like Canstruction in partnership with the San Francisco Food Bank, Making Strides Breast Cancer walk for the American Cancer Society and Leap Sandcastle Contest which benefits art education for Bay Area school students.
