Syska Hennessy Group’s Dallas office, which opened in 2003, is a full-service engineering firm providing core mechanical, electrical and plumbing design as well as fire protection, architectural lighting, technology, commissioning and sustainable consulting services to the healthcare, tenant improvement, corporate, hospitality and critical facilities sectors.
What makes our office unique is that we provide clients with large-firm resources combined with the specialized experience, responsiveness and commitment of a small firm. Our team of more than 30 professionals successfully completed a number of high-profile projects, including Express Scripts’ campus remodel, Memphis, Tennessee; Raytheon campus, Richardson, Texas; Cisco Data Center II, Allen, Texas; CPS Energy’s control and data center, San Antonio, Texas; Cornerstone Healthcare Group’s Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
We provide innovative, energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions to achieve each client’s needs across a wide range of building types and sizes.
Syska’s philosophy is simple: each client is our top priority. We take pride in our commitment to technical knowledge, successful client relationships and outstanding project delivery.
To deliver strong client results, we provide employees with the tools they need to discover new ways to solve clients’ problems. Respect, integrity, professionalism, hard work mixed with imagination are our guiding principles. Teamwork and frequent communication with the design and ownership team are essential to a successful project. We listen, communicate and adapt to accomplish project goals.
Dallas-Fort Worth and the entire state of Texas continue to grow strongly. The Syska Dallas office is supporting new clients in the data center, healthcare, hospitality and corporate markets. We’ve expanded our commissioning and ICT staff. As projects’ infrastructure and computing needs become more complex, Syska provides integrated MEP and low-voltage design, encompassing building management, security, audiovisual and structured cabling.
With our teams’ decades of mission critical design experience, we support our clients’ IT staff to determine their needs, including UPS, generator and 24-hour cooling requirements. The days of the IT closet are gone and the client’s needs for computing and connectivity continue to rise.
“This is a great time for Syska Dallas. The economy continues to remain strong, and we have the dedicated team and institutional expertise to meet our clients’ needs. The rapid expansion of our office over the last few years is a testament to the extraordinary talent we have assembled in this location. We are looking towards continued growth in the Texas region.”
